FEE FOR SERVICE
Send me the form below stating which service you want. For Telephone or eCounseling your payment must be made at least an hour ahead of the session or reply to email. If a payment is not received the session will be canceled.
eCounseling Level 1 - 1 response email - 15 minutes is devoted to your concerns for $10.00
eCounseling Level 2 - 2 response emails - 30 minutes is devoted to your concerns for $20.00
eCounseling Level 3 - 3 response emails - 50 minutes is devoted to your concerns for $30.00
Telephone Counseling - 50 minute call devoted to your individual counseling needs for $50.00
Face to Face Counseling - 50 minute session devoted to your counseling needs for $75.00
For eCounseling or Telephone counseling you are required to make your payment through Paypal before the scheduled session time or before your email response will be sent. Once your payment is received, we will have our session. If you have not made your payment our session will be canceled, and you will need to fill out the form requesting another session. For face to face counseling you may pay ahead with Paypal or use cash at your appointed time. I no longer take insurance for payment.

Using your credit card information over the internet can be safer than using your card over the phone, or in person, as long as the credit card information is given through a secured credit card processor. We guarantee that all of our credit card billing is handled by a secure server, through Paypal.com, which uses the latest in encryption technology.
