PHILOSOPHY

My life path leads me to direct others to look inward to understand who they are. Taking personal responsibility is the first step toward finding inner peace, and a balance in your daily life. I have been practicing meditation, energy healing, and yoga since I was 18 years old. I believe all things are alive, that we are all working toward oneness, and share one God or higher power. Each day I am dedicated to clearing my negative data, so I can act in kindness and love. I believe the richness of our lives is discovered and developed in our spirit connection. All of us on this journey yearn for peace and happiness. Your desire is a powerful force, and personal happiness is a life long task. Ask yourself what do you really, really want? There is no pill for instant happiness. It is a divine effort. I consider myself a holistic counselor viewing human beings in three parts; body, mind, and spirit. With a commitment toward change, discipline and guidance, all three parts can begin the integration process. 


We all learn and grow differently, so I utilize theory and techniques I believe will work for the individual.
