PHILOSOPHY

I have a life path that leads me to help others understand who they are,  teach them to relax, and find balance in their daily life. I have been practicing meditation and yoga since I was 18 years old. I believe we are all one, and share one God or higher power. Each day I am dedicated to actions of kindness and love. I believe the richness of our lives hides within our spirit. All of us are on a journey, and wish to be happy along the way. Your wish is a powerful force, and personal happiness is a life long goal. Ask yourself what do you really, really want? There is no pill for instant happiness. It takes a conscious effort. I consider myself a holistic counselor viewing human beings in three parts; body, mind, and spirit. With a commitment toward change, discipline and guidance, all three parts can begin the integration process. 


We all learn and grow differently, so I utilize theory and techniques I believe will work for the individual.
