I had been in counseling years ago, but never eCounseling. I love email, so I gave it a try. It was helpful and insightful. Mary Kay asked me all the right questions and helped me through a rough patch. She returned my emails quickly and they addressed all my concerns.

I have been struggling with my diabetes since early childhood. Three years ago, I started to go blind. The doctors told me there was nothing they could do to stop this progression. Six months ago, I started to listen to the Healing Light self hypnosis program, and my vision began to improve, my blood sugar stabilized and my body pain lessened. When I visited my Doctor he seemed confused by this. He told me that most eyes that have deteriorated to this point don’t come back. He asked what I was doing. I told him that I was listening to The Healing Light program several times a day and it was helping. In the part of the program where it directs the listener to input your own words I said, “My vision is improved, my vision is improved”. I often repeated this during my day and it seems to have helped. This is now a part of my daily routine.

I was excited to listen to the Sun And Sea Relaxation Program. I was feeling stressed out a lot lately, and not able to fall asleep. While listening for the first time I almost fell off my chair. I relaxed deeply to a great hypnotic voice, and I do love the beach feeling it gave me. It improved my daily life and helped me sleep.

I am a seventh grade teacher and had my class read WABLENICA/TALE OF A LAKOTAH ORPHAN. They we excited to read about Native American traditions. Even though the main character was a girl, the boys liked it as well. My class learned about how hard it can be when your mom dies, and you become an orphan. I think it helped them value their own family a little more. Rose having a guardian angel added a bit of magic that they all enjoyed. I would recommend it to Jr. High class and adult too.
